VB code to remove space from beginning and ending of the contact number

I need your help...

I have list of contact number of customers where in there are spaces in the beginning and ending of contact number which is mentioned as below. However, i tried but could not found solution.
Does anyone know VB code or formula to take spaces off from beginning and ending of contact number?
