Hi Everyone!,

Here is my dilemma, I have an excel sheet that I use to collate survey photo’s.

At the moment the workbook is a template where the only thing that changes is the photos I insert. I have a box for the photo and a box underneath that describes the photo.

For example box which is in cell "B7" is for photograph 11.1.1.1 and the description underneath "B8" states 11.1.1.1 – Tower at 300m.

I would like excel to read the same folder and pull the photographs through in one big go and resize them to fit if possible.

I was thinking about using VB and setting up a Variable then I was thinking it wouldn't be hard to just have one spreadsheet with one folder in one location I can drag photo’s into and once am done delete them and start again.

That way I do not need to change anything or consider locations of folders that will change.

Sorry for the vagueness in my head I know what I want to do, just before I dust off the old VB cobwebs just wondered if anyone has encountered this before?

I have 400 telecoms sites and each sites can have something like 100 photo’s in, so hope you can understand why I would like my life to be that tad easier.
