VB Formula Syntax

Hi,
I'm trying to input the following formula into vb, however i keep messing up the "". Any help would be appreciated.
The Formula is
=IF(CLIENTABN()<>""," ABN:"&CLIENTABN(),IF(CLIENTSTATEID()<>""," ACN:"&CLIENTSTATEID(),""))

The easiest way to find out is to record a macro while entering it manually:

ctiveCell.FormulaR1C1 = _
        "=IF(CLIENTABN()<>"""","" ABN:""&CLIENTABN(),IF(CLIENTSTATEID()<>"""","" ACN:""&CLIENTSTATEID(),""""))"
