Hi guys,

I've got a large table with a list of 12000 unique Site numbers in column A and then a column for each day in a month. Each cell shows a "yes" or a "no", based on whether the Site forecast has slipped or not.

On a second tab, I have the same list of days of the month as column headings and underneath this I've used a simple formula to total up the number of slips per day. What I'd like to be able to do as well, is underneath row 2 where the total number is shown, is have a list of the sites that have slipped on that day. E.g. on Day 1 I might have a total of 5 Sites that have slipped. In Rows 3,4,5,6 & 7 I want to see these Sites. I have no idea how to go about this though! Any ideas?

Cheers,

Jed

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
