VB script does not work when run from windows task scheduler.

I have a vbscript. The vbscript works perfectly when i use microsoft windows based script host to run it.
I used windows task scheduler to run the vbscript, but the script does not run. The following screenshot appears.

windows 8.1 being helpful, not sure how you set up the default application through the script
