I need a method to determine a shipment schedule. We send one product to customers of each Sales Rep every month based on a set of rules. Rule 1 is that each Sales Rep can only have product sent to a maximum number of customers each week. Rule 2 is that there is a maximum number of products that can be shipped each week. Those 2 factors can and do change each month. And, the priority of customers can be changed as well. The user can select the priority option. For example, one option might be sort customers based on a sales ranking. Another option might be to prioritize customers by Sales Rep based on the # of customers the Sales Rep has. Please let me know if this isn’t the right forum. Thanks for any pointers.
