Hi....thank you for reading and for any help that can be offered.

I have an Excel file where the print range is E13:AA1795, with rows 1 - 12 as the headers that repeat on each page. I added filters via macro buttons that filter the report based on criteria in column B. All works well except when i go to print the report using the "File/ Print" options, I get the filtered list PLUS blank rows. In others words, the entire report with no filters is 40 pages. I run the filter for "TCC" and that is only 4 pages of data but the print is 20 pages - 4 pages of data + 16 blanks. How can I get a print option that prints ONLY the data displays on screen?

Thank you,
