Good afternoon,



I please need assistance with the following, VBA probably the solution.



Each employee is rated once every 3 months, and scores between 0 and 100%, with the applicable rating score transferred to their appraisal.



Can you please assist me with the code to determine the rating. It is a manual process at the moment for the 120+ employees.

Just put this into a cell as a formula.

Cell G3 contains the Score.

IF(G3>80,7,IF(G3<30,1,INT(G3/10)-1))
