Hello All,

I have the below range of information, and I am looking for a code that will send an email to the individual in Lotus Notes using the email address in column E, the subject and body will be scripted in the code, and the code will copy the relevant header information from columns J to O as well as the doc status in the email in the below row and paste it the email. When each email is sent, the code will need to then wait 6 seconds before sending an email to the next person in the row, so Lotus Notes does not think that it is spam emails being sent. Is this possible?

Thank you
