VBA Code password error

I have protected the VBA code by setting a password, however when I close my excel down it asks for the VBA password even though I did not attempt to go into the VBA code when excel was open. I then have to click the cancel button several times to get rid of password prompt box.

I right clicked on the project to go into VBA project properties and ticked the box and entered the pasword.

Has anybody come across this issue before?

I have not tried it on a different PC yet.

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
I am having trouble following the Microsoft help page to resolve the problem I should

“design classes in your ActiveX DLL so that workbook references are properly released before the classes terminate”

can anybody advise what my ActiveX DLL is !?, my spreadsheet is a few user forms with code behind them. There is also code behind some the individual sheets.
