MS Excel VBA protection seems to be primitive and lot of utilities are available to crack/reset the Excel VBA password. What is the best and secure way to protect your VBA code from being hacked or cracked?

Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
You can't. I believe there are paid applications out there that wrap your excel document in an EXE and compile it which certainly makes things more difficult - but I suspect brings with it its own set of issues. In summary though, removing passwords from VBA is trivial, you don't even need the "utilities"
