VBA code security

Hi,
I’m trying to find the best possible way to secure vba code in an excel spreadsheet. When I use the protect with password feature in Excel, I’ve found there are many videos on YouTube showing how to bypass that password (using a hex editor and some other methods).

What would be the best way to protect or hide/protect the code?

Lock the VB project with a password. But Excel is not good for security.

Pasword Protecting VBA

Hi All, Is it possible to password protect only 1 macro/procedure in a Macro Enabled Book with multiple Macros? Reason: I have one that touches a live DB. I'm not willing to give up that information. But other macros/proceedures will need to be tweaked from time to time. Thank you in advance...
