Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Hi,

Try This;

Code:
Sub ChangeCase()

    Dim cmt As Comment
    Dim wsh As Worksheet

    For Each wsh In ThisWorkbook.Worksheets
        For Each cmt In wsh.Comments
            cmt.Text Text:=Application.Proper(cmt.Text)
        Next cmt
    Next wsh

End Sub
