I would like some help to create a code to check for internet connection.

I have a macro that emails automatically using gmail if there is an internet connection. As soon as there is no connection, I get an error. I need some help with some code within the macro to check for internet connection and proceed or popup a msgbox to connect to internet and rerun macro.

Any help appreciated.

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Thanks for that. I tried that and couldn't get it to accurately reflect connection status. The other trick, is I need it to run within the macro as an if then statement.
