I wonder if you or someone else could help further?
I would like code that lets the user to look for and open a workbook. So when they trigger the macro it shows them all the files in the current directory - just the same as the usually people do when opening a file in Excel or Word.
Sub GetFileName()
Dim fName As Variant
fName = Application.GetOpenFilename(FileFilter:="Excel Files (*.XLS), *.XLS", Title:="Select File To Be Opened")
If fName = False Then Exit Sub
Workbooks.Open Filename:=fName
End Sub
