Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.

You need to make a query to the internet. For Excel 2007, go to the Data tab, Get External Data, From Web, type in your website, select symbol, select date, click the icon from the data, and import to a cell in your Excel spreadsheet. You can record a macro for the whole proces and then you just need to clean up the code a bit and it should work fine.
