VBA Code to Download Data Regularly

Hi all,

I have the following url.

http://www.bseindia.com/stockinfo/i... &fromDate=01/06/2011&toDate=01/06/2011&DMY=D

Totally there are 22 symbols and everyday it is a very cumbersome process to download each and every symbol by specifying the date.

Can anyone help me to automate this task.

I want to specify the date in excel and automate the task of dowloading the data for the symbols.

You need to make a query to the internet. For Excel 2007, go to the Data tab, Get External Data, From Web, type in your website, select symbol, select date, click the icon from the data, and import to a cell in your Excel spreadsheet. You can record a macro for the whole proces and then you just need to clean up the code a bit and it should work fine.
