VBA code to Extract records

Hi

How to extract records if Suppose I have Sheet1 which contains Field "City" alongwith other fields & I need to extract those records in which the "City" is Michigan and shift those records to sheet2.
Since I can use Filter then also I need how to make it in VBA.

Any one please Help out
