VBA code to move any overflowing text to the next cell/column

Hi all,

Are you able to suggest a VBA code to move the overflowing text from one column to another as the columns have character limit of 15.

What I meant to say like I need to copy column D from Sheet 1 and paste it in Sheet 2 in Col. H but since Col H has a character limit of 15 anything above 15 will move to Col. I (character limit 15) and anything overflowing moves to Col. J. Like for eg. "The cat is walking" in this case "The cat is" will be in Col. H and "walking" moves to Col I, there is nothing for Col. J in this case and so it remains blank.

Do you really need VBA? It can be done using formula only

In Sheet1 I have

	A	B	C	D

2				The function counts only the cells that have data, but be aware that "data" can include spaces, which you can't see.
