VBA Code to play sound file when userform opens

Hi I have a userform that opens for 8 seconds when the user opens the workbook and then closes. Can't remember my exact code but I think it's similar to below. What I would like to know is the extra code to place within my so a mp3 or wav file will play whilst the userform is opening. Also would it be possible to embed the mp3 or wav file so when this workbook is passed on to other users.
