Hello,

I'm looking to get a VBA code that will the same function but different routes to getting there.

The first being a VBA code to open the SaveAs dialog box that allow the user to select the file location, and preset the file type to be a macros enabled workbook.

The second being a VBA code to save the current workbook as a copy in the a specific file location.

Thank you for any help that you can provide.

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
What name do you want to give the saved workbook?

Try:
VBA Code:
Sub SaveWorkbook()
    With Application.FileDialog(msoFileDialogFolderPicker)
        .AllowMultiSelect = False
        .Show
        If .SelectedItems.Count > 0 Then
            sPath = .SelectedItems(1)
            ThisWorkbook.SaveAs Filename:=sPath & Application.PathSeparator & "Copy of " & ThisWorkbook.Name
            Cancel = True
        End If
    End With
End Sub
