VBA: Concatenate cells and save as variable

Hello,

I was hoping to get some assistance with a VBA problem I am trying to solve. I need a script that combines the contents of cells B2-E2, and saves them as a variable in VBA that I can then manipulate further. Combined, the cells contains greater than 50,000 characters, which is why I cannot concatenate them in the spreadsheet and then assign the cell value as a variable, without losing part of the combined string.
