VBA. Copy a block of data and exclude the Totals row(Lastrow)

Hello VBA experts,

I have a problem, that seems very simple, but I just can't find the solution.
How do I copy a dataset, excluding the row with totals(Lastrow)?

Here is my code that I'm using:

Sub CopyData()
Range("A4").Select
Range(Selection, Selection.End(xlToRight)).Select
Range(Selection, Selection.End(xlDown)).Select
Selection.Copy
End Sub

   UsdRws = Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(-1).Row
   Range("A4", Cells(4, Columns.Count).End(xlToLeft)).Resize(UsdRws - 3).Copy
