VBA Copy/Paste Rows based on Cell Value

Tried finding the answer and playing around with Create Macro but couldn't quite nail down the solution.

Simple example of what I'm trying to do:

In Cell A1: Variable # will be placed here by user.

Based on the # in Cell A1: Cells A2 thru D2 will be copied down the same number of lines as numbered in A1. Column C and D will contain formulas, Columns A and B will be copied and pasted from another document.

If Cell A1 equals 100.
Rows 3-101 will be copied in with the formats/formulas from Row 2.
