Is there a more clean way to copy a row of data to the first empty row on a new sheet?

I'm currently using something like:
Code:
Sheets("Sheet1").Range("=OFFSET(Sheet1!A1,0,0,COUNTA(Sheet1!A1:A65536),1)")

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
something like;
Code:
sheets("Sheet1").range("a"&rows.count).end(xlup).offset(1) = "yourvalue"
