I have a race event workbook, front page is a list of all club participants who compete in a weekly event, and how they placed in that event.

Not all club members compete in each weekly event.

I need a macro that will take the weekly results for each competitor and place them against their name in the annual results sheet. The annual results sheet has a list of all club members names in Col.A. The macro needs to fill the next successive column, with a header for race date and race course taken from the event page, and then find the name of each member who competed in that race and place his result in that row. Members who didnt compete that week get no result against their name.

During the year we might get new members who join up so the master member list in the annual results page may get additional names during the year.

Just to be safe, I also want to at the same time, make a copy of the weekly event results sheet, values only, and paste it into a different workbook located in the same directory. Each copy of the results sheet is named with the race date in the tab.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
