In Excel, I can use the following formula to count if there are no blanks given a second criteria:

Code:
=COUNTIFS(Range1,Criteria1,Range2,"<>" & "")

How can I replicate this in VBA?

I tried

Code:
Application.WorksheetFunction.Countifs(Range1,Criteria1,Range2,""<>"" & """"

But it doesn't work properly.

I think you need to put two more quote marks in the red highlight part of your code.
