VBA: create dynamic header based on column values

I have a macro which prints a PDF, consisting of multiple pages. These pages are split, based on the values in column D. So when the value in col D changes, a pagebreak is inserted.

Now I want to have a header on each page, which string value reflects the value in column B.

See enclosed. Any help is appreciated.
