VBA editor Project access denied!!!!

Dear All,
Greetings of the day!!!!!!!
I've an excel sheet for analysis purpose.
While i'm in ALT+F11 mode (i.e visual basic editor) then clicking on project it is demanding Password.
Is there any way to access the sheet as this is done by my friends and he could not recall his password.
Please help,

It is against forum rules to assist you with bypassing a password of any sort, I'm afraid.
