Hi sir or madam,

I require some help on this please. How do I write a VBA to highlight email addresses in colour to flag up incorrect formatting?

For example:

The gmail one looks correct but has a blank space after the email address. The other one has a ‘>’ at the end of it.

2nd row: test79@gmail.com looks correct but has a blank space after the email address.

3rd row: The other one below has a '>' at the end of it.
testfortest79@gmail.com>

It would be great to have a VBA to flag up any inconsistencies of email addresses.

Your help on this is much appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help

Kind regards
