VBA Error 400

I've assigned a macro to a form button to insert a row. It works great until I protect the sheet. Once I protect the sheet and try to button, it gives me an Error Message 400 with no explanation. I have to protect the sheet, as I don't want end users to be able to modify any cells. How do I get the button to work with the sheet protected?

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Have the macro un-protect the sheet at the beginning of the macro, then re-protect it at the end.

For me, the best way is to record the macro doing what I want to have done, then look at the code and modify as necessary.
