VBA Excel code for Duplicating Excel file, Deleting filtered Rows, Saving as New File from List

Hello, my first post here. I have used this site many times and has been super great.

I am looking to do the following for the purpose of distributing files to Managers.

1. Template file duplicate tab (copy, but include all formulas and links)
2. Rename tab based on specific column list (header for filter is Column AF11)
3. Delete Original tab
4. Save As new file with Renamed tab name
