VBA Excel send html image in email

Hi,

i been using vba excel to mess send email with some html code..
But i had issue is i cant send embedded image (not using online hosting) i mean just like we usually screenshot on outlook and send the image inside the outlook? i dunno what is tht call..

how i do it on html?
 

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
i tried this "data:image/png;base64, but the image come out half only
