VBA - Excel To Web Form

I'm trying to ouput certain cells from an excel spreadsheet to certain fields in a web form. Here's an example:

Sheet Name: Ouput_XL
Cell: D4

Web Source:
{uuid:'dc63e393-5904-483a-bb12-65aaed39323c',fid:'F1464',name:'DA & Middleware',dbName:'DA_MIDDLEWARE',type:'number'},

I'm not sure what other information you would need from the web code.

I'd like to send whatever is in cell D4 to the "DA & Middleware" field in the web page.

Any idea if this is possible via VBA?
