VBA: Excel UserForm DropDown for Month

Hi All,

I've Excel Userform dropdown in which i want to populate date from current date to next year.

Eg. Drop down will be having option like below.
15 - Mar -2013
31 - Mar -2013
March
15 - Apr - 2013
30 - Apr - 2013
April
.
.
.
.
.
15 - Feb - 2014
31 - Feb - 2014
February

Please assist.
 

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
