VBA finding last Row of a user selected range?

If I have a user select a range with an input box, what is the easiest way to find the Last Used row of their selection?

I know this has to be easier than looping through the whole range?

Set myList = Application.InputBox(Prompt:="Select your range.", Title:="User Selected Range", Type:=8)
