I am trying to create a spreadsheet with a template for users to populate their info and when complete to click on a command button to send to my email with the attachment.
Is it possible to send with an attachment?

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Yes, and plenty of code examples out there for you to try. Sorry, I don't think I have any sample code.
I know Outlook will send a database as an attachment if the db is open, so I imagine it will also send a copy of a workbook. However, your code would have to make sure the workbook to be sent has been saved. If you're not using Outlook then maybe not.
