VBA for copy from one workbook to another

dear all VBA experts

would appreciate a macro that copy from workbook A, if column z = Advance payment, copy & paste value the ROW data range from col A to C, then E to F to workbook B, next update, it will not copy those that had been transferred to workbook B.
