I am new to VBA, but I know that a solution can exist for my issue. What I am trying to do is:

- prompt the user to select a pivot (from many) on the active worksheet
- prompt the user to select the field of the pivot they want to use (type in manually)
- prompt the user to select the field item(s) they want (select from a list)
- refresh the pivot

I am trying to get around the fact that I am working with a huge data set in Excel 2000 and the "select all" field for field drop down menu's was not added until Excel 2002.

Any help would be awesome!

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Thanks for the quick response. I actually referenced that site earlier today and had some success with it. However, I was having some trouble figuring out how to manipulate the code I was using to let the user select a pivot from a sheet with several pivot tables. Also, how to have a listbox populate with all possible selections for field item instead of having the user type it in.

Thanks again.
