VBA for when you click a button it sends an email to the person in alist on the line with the button

Hi! I am trying to see if there is a way to click on a button in a template people fill out that sends an automated e-mail to the person directly on the line where the button is. Also, this will be on a sharepoint so I will need it to share the sharepoint link in the e-mail. The snip bellows shows what I want to setup. So when they click the button it will send the e-mail to their manager's e-mail.
