I have a work sheet with dynamic rows every time I export the work sheet. The data I need will be located column “C” third and fourth row from the last row.i need to devide the third row. Here is the code I came up with but this part does not work:
Sheets("Sheet1").Range("E" & totaldc + 4).Formula = "=(&totalOB/&totalcb)"

Code:
<!--[if gte mso 9]><xml>  <w:WordDocument>   <w:View>Normal</w:View>   <w:Zoom>0</w:Zoom>   <w:PunctuationKerning/>   <w:ValidateAgainstSchemas/>   <w:SaveIfXMLInvalid>false</w:SaveIfXMLInvalid>   <w:IgnoreMixedContent>false</w:IgnoreMixedContent>   <w:AlwaysShowPlaceholderText>false</w:AlwaysShowPlaceholderText>   <w:Compatibility>    <w:BreakWrappedTables/>    <w:SnapToGridInCell/>    <w:WrapTextWithPunct/>    <w:UseAsianBreakRules/>    <w:DontGrowAutofit/>   </w:Compatibility>   <w:BrowserLevel>MicrosoftInternetExplorer4</w:BrowserLevel>  </w:WordDocument> </xml><![endif]-->  totalOB = Sheets("Sheet1").Cells(Rows.Count, 3 + 3).End(xlUp).Row
  totalcb = Sheets("Sheet1").Cells(Rows.Count, 3 + 4).End(xlUp).Row
  totaldc = Sheets("Sheet1").Cells(Rows.Count, 4 + 4).End(xlUp).Row
  Sheets("Sheet1").Range("D" & totaldc + 4).Formula = "=(&totalOB/&totalcb)"

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
Perhaps something like this:

Code:
With Sheets("Sheet1")
    lLastRow = .Range("C" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
    .Range("D" & lLastRow).FormulaR1C1 = "=R[-4]C[-1]/R[-3]C[-1]"
End With
