VBA Function Issue

I have two lines, one works and one doesn't

The VBA code is writing a formula into a column while the script is looping, though the box shows up empty.

Code:
Cells(lngRow, 3) = "=HYPERLINK(""" & F.Path & """,""" & MB & """)"
Cells(lngRow, 4) = "=IF(RIGHT(C" & lngRow & ",2)=""MB"",LEFT(C" & lngRow & ",LEN(C" & lngRow & ")-3)*1024*1024,IF(RIGHT(C" & lngRow & ",2)=""GB"",LEFT(C" & lngRow & ",LEN(C" & lngRow & ")-3)*1024*1024*1024,IF(RIGHT(C" & lngRow & ",2)=""KB"",LEFT(C" & lngRow & ",LEN(C" & lngRow & ")-3)*1024,"")))"
They both run back to back and the first code works right, but the second one is a blank box.

If I extract the code and enter it manually into the cell and replace the variables with the proper numbers and remove some quotes it works, though when VBA is trying to write it to the cell nothing.

Also I test it by typing "Stuff" instead of the formula and it enters correctly so I know it's pointing to the right place.

Thanks!

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN

The end of your formula line should be:
Rich (BB code):
*1024,"""")))"
instead of:
Rich (BB code):
*1024,"")))"
