VBA Go to Tab Based on Text in a Shape

Have a navigation tab with a bunch of box shapes. I want to make it so that when the user clicks each shape, it takes them to the tab that has the same name as the text written in the shape.

I realize I can do this by writing a separate macro for each individual shape, but is there a universal code I that would look at the text in the shape?

Thank you for the help!

Does this help you?

Code:
Sub Shape_Click()
    MsgBox ActiveSheet.Shapes(Application.Caller).TextFrame.Characters.Text
End Sub
