VBA help Please

Is there a way to to do this:

At workbook open copy all VBAs to a sheet named VBA.
I am looking to cope every VBA code in the work book including all modules and sheets. ( The user will be able to give the names of all subs in all modules and sheets.)

I don't even know where to begin.

Please help.
