VBA - Hide What's Happening (easy one)

Here's an easy one: what is the Visual Basic Command to turn off the screen display so that all of the copying, etc. going on is NOT shown. Then, what is the command to turn this back on (to be done @ end of the macro)?

I've spent way too much time searching through Excel Help for what should be an easy command to find...

It might be a good idea to set it back to TRUE at the end of your code. XP
likes this, other versions don't care.
