Here's the situation, working at a bank and I have a workbook that show the required documents needed for commercial customers. Anyway, Column A is the frequency we need to Financial statement (Annually or Quarterly), Column B is the date we received their last Financial statement. What I want to happen is that if Column A is Annual and Column B date is over a year old, then "Need" shows up in column C. Additionally if Column A says Quarterly and Column B is over 90 days old then Column C displays "Need." Please help I have some macros experience but not enough to figure this one out.

Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
You could try putting this formula in column "C" and copying it down;
=IF(OR(AND(A2="ANNUALLY",DAYS(TODAY(),B2)>365),AND(A2="QUARTERLY",DAYS(TODAY(),B2)>90)),"NEED","")
