Is there anyway i can create a shared work book in Excel that will allow me to run a macro. I need more than 1 person to able to open the file at the same time as it keeps saying "the file is locked by another user":(

The Macro lauches a form that needs completing and then saves the info to another external file that is shered. I have around 200 people that need to acces the file at anty given time

Many thanks

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Welcome to the Board!

You can run code in shared workbooks. You just can't edit the code while it's shared, and the code can't do what's not natively supported in shared workbooks, like programmatic protection.

Make sure to check out the helpfile for "Limitations of shared workbooks". If your code doesn't try to do any of those things then you should be ok.
