vba invalid bracketing of name

hi all i have the below code throwing the mentioned error any help would be greatly appreciated

objRecordset.Open "Select * FROM [ & " & WS_STM.Name & " & $]", objConnection

it works if i use this code but i need it to reference the sheet.name in case the name gets changed

objRecordset.Open "Select * FROM [MYNETTD04$]", objConnectio

You've got too many ampersands in there:

objRecordset.Open "Select * FROM [" & WS_STM.Name & "$]", objConnection

is all you need.
