VBA Lock Cells

Hi All,

In this example, I have data pulling from another area. I am trying to lock certain columns where "Ted" can access Column B. While, anyone can access only Column C.. The rest of the spreadsheet is locked and cannot be modified. If more info is needed, let me know!

1	Load	Cost	ETA	Info
2	1
3	2
4	3
