Hi all,
I have a spreadsheet that is used by employees to log in and out their hours worked M-F. There is Clocking In (whether morning or afternoon), Clock Out for Break, Clock In from Break and Clock Out for the day. I need a macro or VBA code that can send an email notification based on two scenarios 1. The break should not last more than an hour and if they clock out for break and forget to clock back in from break after an hour , there should be an email notification being sent to the administrator and employee (employee1@apex.com, malcolmjd.admin@apex.com) an hour and half later to remind them and for the admin to be able to fix the time descrepancy with the employee. 2. If an employee clocks in for the day, clocks out for break, clocks back in from break and forgets to clock out for the day, there needs to be an email notification being sent to the admin and employee 9 hours after logging in for the day. These requests are coming from the Employee Manager P.10 Time Clock List and i have attached a sample of the list.

Your help will be greatly appreciated
