Hi everyone, im trying to make a data dump where I dump data and display the relevent information on another sheet. The initial process of this is for me is to insert rows by selecting A12:U12 and inserting downwards. I however want to insert a constantly changing amount of rows depending on the active rows in another sheet which is my data dump. I'm using the counta formula in cell W12 to give me the number of rows that I need to insert for my table. (This value will change depending on the data).

How do I accomplish this?

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
